rue Ste-Anne, Senneville
Directions to field: Highway 40 exit
Ste-Anne de Bellevue. Follow signs towards Ste-Anne.
At first light turn right towards the school. Turn
Right at stop sign and you are on the school grounds.
Enter parking lot and field access is through the
gates.
Highway 20 exit Ste-Anne-de Bellevue. At stop, head
north until the first set of lights, then turn Left.
Turn right at stop sign and you are on school grounds.

Before Kick Off
- The therapist in charge should name a call
person and an assistant in the case of an
emergency. Establish a signal with both the call
person and assistant should you need their
assistance.
- The call person should have a cell phone, as
there are no nearby pay phones.
- To reach emergency services and urgences santé
dial 9-1-1.
- Ambulance access to the field is from one of
either two gates. Prior to game time, make sure at
least one of these gates is unlocked and can be
opened.
During the game
- Before stepping on the field, check for any
dangers, and make sure the play has cleared the
area of the injured athlete. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO
WAIT FOR PLAY TO STOP TO GO ON THE FIELD..
- Approach the injured player on the side they are
facing.
- Stabilize the head and cervical spine.
- U-(if unconscious, signal call person to call
911) -A-B-C-D
- If conscious, ask athlete what hurts and
continue on-field assessment based on the primary
complaint of the athlete.
